RJR employs experienced construction management personnel to assist a client in the construction of the landfill cell, final cover, leachate forcemain or gas installation project. This individual is knowledgeable in all phases of landfill construction as well as with the bidding and contract phases of the work. The construction manager develops the work schedule, verifies material specifications and quantities, reviews contractor payment applications, closely follows the budget parameters and insures that the work progresses in a timely manner. The construction manager keeps in constant communication with the client, keeping him/her fully aware of the progress. This service is vital to a client that cannot dedicate the time or resources necessary to adequately manage the project.
